Bug Fixes

Current bug or update affected the visibility of the toolbar, making it unable to see which action is which (bold, italicize, underline, etc). However, it is still accessible by pressing the "supposed" toolbar, but the symbols are no longer there. This is happening on both mobile and on desktop. The red circle highlights where the symbols are supposed to appear. I understand there are shortcuts using the "/" action, but I still wish the toolbar is still more accessible.

A finetuning model has been stuck in Queue for a couple days now.

Recent regression has made long stories slow: "So I haven't used holo for a while now but I'm noticing the big stories (20k words in my example) is very laggy at typing in again, does anyone know if they're aware of this?"

Hi, I don't know where I can contact some sort of consumer support, after some months I came back to try HoloAI again so I paid for the subscription, but after I looked back into it I realize this isn't for me anymore so I cancel the subscription the day of paying for it and since I won't be using it for the rest of the month I wish to request a refund.

I have been evaluating the service for a couple weeks and as a screen reader user, the fun is taken out of it for me as I have to spend more time messing with my screen reader than actually enjoying the service. issues I've run into include: no automatic reading of text generations and no easy way to find them with a screen reader. Perhaps these should be aria live regions. Many buttons in the UI are unlabeled and therefore a screen reader user needs to guess at their function. For example, to find the settings/support page, I had to click something referred to by my screen reader as "button 14". Non standard menus and selection methods are utilized all over the site, which break screen readers. For example, when trying to select a genre at the startof a holo, or changing AI settings. Those menus are totally inaccessible. I would love to support the service as it generates some really nice content; but at this point I can't justify staying. if a11y ever becomes a priority, I would be happy to revisit.

I love Holo ai but this sudden update that changed the format really messed up my experience, with this expected change every time I generate a option it starts with "undefinedundefinedundefinedund undefined" I really don't understand why this happened but I really need help....

Creating a prompt currently breaks AIP, both with file uploads and plain prompts.

Favored phrases with a negative strength value aren't affected by the value and still appear as often. That behavior is true even with strength maxed out to -3
